Colby Barnett

Colby Barnett has been passionate about crappie fishing since childhood, having spent the past 37 years growing up around Lake Eufaula. Over the last six years, he has transformed his lifelong hobby into a successful profession, guiding fellow fishing enthusiasts who share his love for the sport. While Lake Eufaula is widely regarded as one of the nation's premier crappie fishing destinations, Colby is also available to guide at other lakes upon request.

In addition to his guiding career, Colby is a skilled and accomplished tournament angler. He has consistently achieved top-ten finishes in nearly every tournament he’s participated in, including a recent victory at the Crappie Master National Qualifier on Lake Eufaula and the Oklahoma Crappie Trail. His competitive success includes a 2nd place finish at the National Championship and a 7th place finish at the Mr. Crappie Invitational. Among his personal bests are a 3.67-pound white crappie from Grenada Lake and a 20.85-pound, 7-fish tournament stringer.

Colby credits his success to a trusted selection of fishing gear, which he relies on both during tournaments and guide trips. Off the water, Colby cherishes quality time with his wife, Courtney, and their two daughters, Kinley and Kaydee.
